[kinks] Tiger and Mermaid

Kinks——Tony is a mermaid(man) and Steve is a Tiger(which can tranform into human, something like werewolf?). When Steve was young, His parents were killed in a war between The clan of the Tigers and Wolfs. Steve as a poor little cub almost die before he met Tony the mermaid who accidently pass by(and only GOD knows why Tony pass by some wild field?)
Tony saved steve from dying alone, rise him until he can live alone without killing himself, and let him free. But Tony doesn`t know that Steve had fall in love with Tony. so call "father". stark( yes, is himself). The fact is Tony had hurt Steve's heart when Tony intants to let him go. So...Steve just need to do something if he wants to keep the relationships between him and Tony.
